Michael R. Warner, II, CPA

Mike Warner is a Tax Principal for Gerhardson Warner & Wehmhoff CPAs, Ltd.

As a Tax Principal, he is responsible for tax compliance, planning, and consulting for individual and business tax clients. Other responsibilities and services include small business consulting, bookkeeping, accounting software consulting and training, and payroll processing.

Mike has spent the majority of his career in public accounting with a strong focus on tax. His experience includes Tax Manager at LarsonAllen and a local firm located in Buffalo, Minnesota; Supervising Senior Tax Specialist at KPMG; and Senior Staff at a local firm in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Prior to entering the public accounting career, Mike was in private industry for 2 years.

Mike passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination in 1995 and has been a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants since 1995. In 2007, he completed the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 examinations and insurance licenses. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
